The role

We’re hiring two full-time videographers to join our growing team. These are long-term roles (not one-off gigs), where you’ll be part of the core content crew, filming every week, editing when we’re not shooting, and helping us tell powerful, emotional stories that change the lives of dogs and their owners.

This isn’t a studio-only role. One day you might be shooting a high-end interview in the centre, the next filming in a client’s home, a rescue shelter, or a field in the pouring rain with your boots covered in mud and a dog by your side. You need to love the work, embrace the variety, and genuinely care about the stories we’re telling.

We expect you to be just as comfortable editing as you are behind the camera, some days we’ll film for hours, some for 30 minutes, and when there’s no shoot, you’ll be helping turn raw footage into amazing content that helps people and saves dogs.

One of these roles will likely be more senior, one more junior, but we’ll figure that out based on the person, not a job title. What matters most is skill, attitude, and mission alignment.

key responsibilities

  • Film interviews, testimonials, training sessions, and real-world dog transformations
  • Light and shoot professional 1–2 camera setups for both studio and location filming
  • Capture b-roll, social-first vertical content, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Edit long-form (YouTube, courses, testimonials) and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, ads)
  • Contribute to shoot planning, kit prep, and content logistics
  • Take ownership of creative quality, while still delivering efficiently and consistently

about you

  • You’re confident with cameras, lighting, framing, and audio
  • You’re a capable editor who can tell clean, emotional stories across formats
  • You’re hands-on, scrappy when needed, and calm under pressure
  • You care about the mission and want your work to actually matter
  • You’re coachable, proactive, and always looking to level up your craft
  • You’re just as comfortable working solo as you are being directed or working alongside a team

bonus points (not required)

  • Experience with Sony full-frame camera systems, including fx6, fx3, a7c2 and zve1.
  • Familiar with Aputure lighting kits
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere.
  • You’ve worked in social media content, YouTube channels, or digital-first teams

what you'll get

  • £28K – £38K salary equivalent (paid monthly)
  • A consistent, full-time workload — not random one-off gigs
  • Access to great kit and creative leadership
  • The chance to film, edit, and be on the frontlines of something that actually helps people and saves dogs
  • A passionate, down-to-earth team that values quality, integrity, and good vibes
  • Loads of creative freedom — as long as you can deliver
