Location: In Person at our Derbyshire HQ

Role Type: Full-time (Employed or Long-Term Contract)

Salary: £30,000–£48,000 depending on experience, skillset, and the value you bring to the team. We’re open to either rising stars with insane potential or proven operators who can take the lead immediately — the range reflects both.

The role

We’re on a mission to keep dogs out of shelters and off the euthanasia table — and to do that at the scale we’re aiming for, we need structure, speed, and ruthless execution.

This isn’t a corporate PM role, It’s a fast-paced, high-ownership position inside one of the world’s most dynamic dog training media and education brands. You’ll be working directly with Will to turn his vision into well-executed projects — week in, week out.

From online course launches to YouTube series, testimonial shoots to social media campaigns, you’ll be the person keeping everything moving and everyone on track.

key responsibilities

Build and manage timelines across all content projects: YouTube, ads, courses, testimonials, social etc
Schedule and coordinate the creative team – videographers, editors, hosts, freelancers
Run weekly production meetings to prioritise projects, flag bottlenecks, and assign tasks
Track project progress and deadlines using relevant tools.
Maintain shared calendars, asset folders, production notes, and shoot logistics
Ensure that no detail slips through the cracks
Free Will up to focus on content creation, not coordination

You’re proactive, fast-moving, and allergic to unnecessary meetings
You’re curious about AI, tools, automation, and operational efficiency
You can stay calm when everything’s moving fast – and help others do the same

Experience in creative content, video, or production environments
Familiarity with online education, YouTube creators, or social media teams
Worked with tools like Adobe Creative Apps, Google Workspace, Frame.io, etc.
You’ve managed freelancers, shoots, or remote teams before
